• All purchases are shipped via USPS

• Check your Delivery address carefully. There is a $10.00 Charge for any incomplete or incorrect address.

• Please understand that delays may occur due to: Weather, Holiday season rush, No response by the recipient, Wrong address or zip code, And other conditions beyond our control.
   

Returns:

• We are confident you will be pleased with the high quality products we use in our bouquets and professional designs of our candy bouquets. But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your bouquet, please contact customer service at 305 479-7764 so we may instruct you how to return your bouquet for a full refund less shipping charges.

• Each bouquet is hand-made and supplies are limited. We reserve the right to make necessary substitutions of equal or greater value. Prices are subject to change.
